Our Vision

 

People, Presence, Purpose

 

New Day Auckland is a place where everyone has a “new day”, a starting over from the old.  This comes about as people encounter the love of their Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ and the family of God.  They experience God’s life changing presence and power for restoration; are discipled and equipped to walk in their God given purpose and in turn go and make disciples. (Matthew 28:18 – 20, Ephesians 4:11 - 13, Isaiah 61:1-9)

Everyone is an intercessor and worshipper

Everyone loves and walks in, the presence of God

Everyone is a loved participating member of the Family of God helping to bring restoration and transformation

Reaching Out

Everyone uses the gifts they are given by God, to reach out and bring change to the world around them

Gracious

Everyone is being changed by God’s grace to know their identity as a child of God

(Hebrews 12:1-2)

Word of God

Everyone is a disciple of Jesus Christ through the Word and mentoring

(2 Corinthians 10:4; Ephesians 4:11-13)

Generous

Everyone is big-hearted because they know the generosity of their Heavenly Father

(Luke 6:38)

Responsible

Everyone is willing to be changed by the Holy Spirit to reflect God’s character

(Galatians 5:22-23; Romans 12:1)

Compassion

Everyone is a minister of God’s love and compassion for people

(Ephesians 4:32)
